When returning to the UK via an airport or Eurostar, please follow the guidelines below:
London Heathrow, London Gatwick or London Luton
Please make your way to the “Charter Coach Pick-Up Point”. If you are unsure of the location of this, ask at the Information Desk within the Terminal at which you have arrived. Once at the “Charter Coach Pick-Up Point”, you must request to one of the “Coach Marshalls”, who are employed by the airport to have the “Pearces Coach” released, and give your flight number. The airport coach park may be up to 10 minutes away in normal traffic. Please be patient and await the arrival of your coach.
Your coach will not be released from the Coach Park until you have requested it via a Coach Marshall.
London Stansted.
Please make your way to the “Bus Station”. If you are unsure of the location of this, please ask at the information desk within the Terminal. On entering the “Bus Station”, Charter Coaches are parked on the left hand side. You will not need to ask a “Coach Marshall” to release your coach.
Eurostar at St Pancras International Station, London.
Please make your way to the “Bus Station” or “Coach Pick-Up Point”. If you are unsure of the location of this, please ask at the information desk within the Station. On entering the “Bus Station” through the tunnel, Charter Coaches are parked in front of you. You will not need to ask a “Coach Marshall” to release your coach.
Occasionally, in peak periods, groups will have to wait some time for the coach to be released from the Coach Park. Coaches will only be released to the Terminal if there is sufficient space for the coach to park and load the group. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
In case of difficulty, our Out of Hours emergency contact number is 07971 682 753.
