We have a wealth of experience in providing private coach charter to schools, universities and colleges for educational excursions and trips within the UK. We understand the importance of Health & Safety regulations set out for schools and other institutions and that outside suppliers such as coach operators must be inspected and audited.
To help you comply with Health & Safety legislation we:
- Offer experienced staff with the essential knowledge to help you plan your school trip
- Ensure all drivers possess enhanced level DBS check, update service registration and local authority approved ID badges
- Provide advice on travelling times, comfort stops and other location options
- Ensure coaches are presented in a clean and safe condition with many additional safety features
- Operate a modern fleet with CCTV

School services
The Downs School
Our DS1 service has once again proved very popular and is now sold out for the 2026/27 academic year. If you’re travelling from Woodcote, Crays Pond, Goring or Streately, please see the details of our DS2 service below, which we’ll be operating for 2026/27 if 38 passes are sold. If this threshold isn’t met by 24th August 2026, any customers who have booked a place will be contacted and will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
If you’d like to join our waiting list for the DS1 service, please email keylink@oxfordbus.co.uk with the subject ‘DS1 Waiting List 2026/27’, confirming how many places you require and where you would like to board. If space becomes available on the DS1 service, customers will be contacted on a first come, first served basis. If sufficient numbers join the waiting list we will consider whether a second DS1 coach can operate as a duplicate to carry all intending customers.
